I guess I'm doing things wrong. I bought lodge pre-seasoned pan, but when I try to make Indian flatbread(roti) it still sticks on it. I even tried to season it, but alas.

I'll be honest, the Lodge Seasoned Cast Iron Round Griddle is pretty awesome. It's like the things I love about carbon steel crêpe pan and cast iron skillet had a beautiful baby.
Do I need to do something to get rid of the large craters and uneven surface of my lodge pan, or, since it seems fine as is, can I just leave it? :
